Projects    

Beach Restrooms – BBRD’s general contractor is in the process of obtaining the construction permit and will be breaking ground shortly.  Expected project completion summer 2024.

ADA Accessibility –Reconstruction of Pool #1 ramp and enclosure of outside shower.  The ramp is completed.  BBRD staff will be constructing the shower enclosure.  Expected project completion spring 2024.

New Pool #1 Smoking Area - Contractor has completed concrete construction of this area.  BBRD staff will be installing benches and cigarette receptacles. Expected project completion spring 2024.

19th Hole Ground HVAC Condensing Unit Replacement - One HVAC ground unit and air handler has been replaced, duct work has been reconstructed, and ceiling tiles have been replaced.  One new HVAC unit remains to be installed.  Expected project completion summer 2024.

Building A Parking Lot Seal Coat – Contractor is scheduled to commence work next month.  Expected project completion spring 2024.

Building D/E Parking Lot Repair & Seal Coat - Contractor is scheduled to commence work next month.  Expected project completion spring 2024.

Veterans’ Gathering Center/Water and Sewer Office Roof Replacement (w/ metal) - Expected project completion Fiscal Year 2023/2024.

Administration Building Interior Repairs – Replacement flooring has been installed. BBRD staff will be painting the baseboards and installing a replacement outside vent.  Expected project completion spring 2024.

Lakeside Stage Electrical Improvements – Expected project completion 2024.

Micco RV Storage Lot Fence Replacement – The contractor has been scheduled to begin work this spring.  Expected project completion spring 2024.

Basketball Court Fence Replacement - The contractor has been scheduled to begin work this spring.  Expected project completion spring 2024.

Miniature Golf Course Artificial Turf – Contractor has commenced the installation of artificial turf on the playing surfaces. Expected project completion spring 2024.
