RESOLUTION 2005-06

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT
 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.2005-03;
 AMENDING THE FY 2005/2006
APPROVED BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

            WHEREAS, The Barefoot Bay Board of Trustees adopted by Resolution 2005-03 an operating Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2005, and ending September 30, 2006; and

            WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees is desirous of amending the previously approved Budget to include additional desired revenues; and

            WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees has found and determined that the following amendments are reasonably necessary to provide for the operations of the District for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2005 and ending September 30, 2006; and

            WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees has held all required public hearings on the said amendments.

            NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:

Section 1.

            The Special Revenue Fund (101) is increased on the revenue side by

            This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.

          PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT HELD THIS 26th DAY OF JULY, 2005.
