RESOLUTION 2001-09

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT REPLACING RESOLUTION 96-9 BY ADOPTION OF A REVISED GENERAL SET OF RULES AND REGULATIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE

WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees had adopted a set of Rules and Regulations for the residents of Barefoot Bay in relation to the operation of the Recreational Facilities of Barefoot Bay, and

WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of Barefoot Bay is desirous of amending the prior approved Rules and Regulations, and

WHEREAS, The Board has discussed the revised Rules and Regulations at Public Meetings during the years 2000, and 2001.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,

Section 1. The Revised General Rules and Regulations appearing as Exhibit A of this resolution are hereby adopted to serve as the rules for use of all recreational facilities sand common open spaces owned by the District.

Section 2 The said rules and regulations appearing in Exhibit A of this resolution shall take immediately upon adoption by the Board of Trustees.

PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT THIS 17 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2001.
