A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION

DISTRICT AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.

2000-01; AMENDING THE FY 2000/2001 APPROVED

BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR AN

EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, The Barefoot Bay Board of Trustees adopted by Resolution 2000-03 an operating Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2000, and ending September 31, 2001; and

WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees is desirous of amending the previously approved Budget; and

WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees has found and determined that the following amendments are reasonably necessary to provide for the operations of the District for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2000 and ending September 30, 2001; and

WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees has held all required public hearings on the said amendments.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:

Section 1.

The Special Revenue Fund, Account 101.384.900, Fund Balance be increased in the amount of $149,400.00. These funds to be transferred from the S.B.A. Reserve Savings Account.

Section 2.

The following Special Revenue Fund expenditure accounts be increased by the following amounts:

Account #101-1300-513.4500 $43,000.00

Insurance

Account #101.7230.572.6500 $60,395.00

Capital Outlay

Account #101.7260.572.4603 $46.005.00

Repair Fishing Pier

Section 3.

This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption

PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT HELD THIS 17th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2001.
