RESOLUTION 2001-03

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT AMENDING SECTION 4 CHANGING THE NAME OF THE FUND FROM THE STORM WATER MAINTENANCE ENTERPRISE FUND TO THE STORM WATER MAINTENANCE FUND, AND ADDING A NEW SECTION MANDATING THAT ALL MONEYS COLLECTED FOR THIS FUND BE KEPT IN ITS OWN SEPARATE BANK ACCOUNT, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, The auditors of the District are desirous of eliminating the term "Enterprise" from the name of the Storm water Maintenance Enterprise Fund; and

WHEREAS, The Trustees are desirous of having all Moneys associated with this fund deposited in its own separate banking account.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION DISTRICT, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:

Section 4 of Resolution 2000-04 shall be revised to read;

        Section 4. The District shall establish a separate fund labeled "Storm water Maintenance Fund".

Section 8 of Resolution 2000-04 shall be revised to read;

        Section 8. This Resolution shall become effective May 11, 2001

A new section known as Section 9 shall be added to read;

        Section 9. All Moneys generated for the Storm water Maintenance Fund shall be deposited in an Bank Account separate from any other Bank Account of the District. All Moneys to be paid from the Storm water maintenance Fund shall be paid from this separate Bank Account.
