Resolution 2001-02

 

A resolution of the Board of Trustees of the barefoot Bay recreation district in any resolution number 2000-01; amending the schedule of fees charged by the district for use of its facilities; providing an effective date

 

BE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BAREFOOT BAY RECREATION INDUSTRY, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:

Section 1.            Paragraph 2 of Section 10 of exhibit A of resolution number 2000-01 (the fee schedule for the use of the                                   District facilities) is hereby amended adding a new article 5, to read as follows:

                                5. Non Resident Badge, Golf Only $ 5.00 per person per day

Section 2.                 Paragraph 3 of exhibit A resolution No. 2000-01 (the fee schedule for the use of the district facilities) is                                   hereby amended by eliminating section 3 in its entirety.

Section 3                 This Resolution and the forgoing fees shall be effective May 11, 2001.
